What we keep
- Your name and email address, and your password, which is protected so nobody can read it, including us.
- The expenses you add, and the receipt photos you take.
- How the app is used, such as which screens are opened, so we can make it better.
- Messages you send us with the Report button.
Who helps us run Wally9
- Cloudflare hosts the app and your data, and reads your receipts with AI.
- OCR.space helps read the text on a receipt photo.
- PutPut stores your receipt photos. They are usually removed automatically after a few weeks.
- Resend sends our emails, like password resets. It only sees your email address.
- Each of them gets only what it needs to do that job.
What we never do
- Sell your data, use it for advertising, or connect to your bank.
Your choices
- Download everything you have entered: Settings → Your data → Export.
- Delete your account and everything in it: Settings → Your data → Delete account. Feedback you sent is kept without your name.
